The White Gold Invitational is a private, invitation-only golf outing hosted by the law firm Whiteside & Goldberg for its clients and business partners. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the event's text messaging (SMS) program. There is no public sign-up; guests are individually invited.

We collect only what is needed to run the event: your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) your email, company, shirt size, dietary notes, and golf handicap or typical score. We collect your mobile number from you directly or from the host attorney who invited you.

We use your information solely to communicate with you about the White Gold Invitational — sending your personal registration link, event reminders, foursome and captain updates, guest-approval requests, and day-of confirmations. We do not use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used only by the event host and the service providers that help us operate the event (such as our messaging provider), and only to deliver the messages described above. Message frequency, rates, and opt-out
Message frequency varies based on the event schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to run the event and maintain our records afterward. Personal registration links expire after the event concludes.
