Text Message Program
The White Gold Invitational is a private, invitation-only charity golf outing hosted by the law firm Whiteside & Goldberg for its clients and business partners. We use text messages (SMS) to coordinate the event with invited guests.
Who receives messages
Only individuals personally invited to the event. Guests are clients and business partners of Whiteside & Goldberg, and the guests those invitees bring. There is no public sign-up.
How guests consent to receive messages
When an invited guest opens their personal registration link, they complete a short registration form. On that form, the guest checks a box that reads: “I agree to receive recurring event text messages from the White Gold Invitational (Whiteside & Goldberg) at the mobile number above, including my registration link, reminders, and foursome updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Registration cannot be completed without checking this box. Guests provide their mobile number to the firm or their host attorney in the course of an existing business relationship.
What we send
Registration links, event reminders, foursome and captain updates, guest-approval requests, and day-of confirmations. We do not send advertising or unrelated marketing.
